Welcome to Fox Hill Farm! We’re thrilled to have you learn more about our farm and the unique crops we grow. As a small, family-owned operation, we specialize in cultivating specialty fruits and grapes that are bursting with natural flavor and aroma. We take immense pride in being a certified organic farm, adhering to practices that go above and beyond organic certification standards.

To the best of our knowledge, we are the only commercial producer in the United States of certified organic yangmei—also known as Chinese bayberry, yumberry, or waxberry. This rare, round, purple fruit, with its bumpy texture and central pit, is native to eastern Asia, particularly China, and is cherished by those fortunate enough to experience its distinctive taste.

In addition to yangmei, we grow muscat blanc grapes, one of the oldest and most celebrated grape varieties in the world. Renowned for their sweet, vibrant notes of pear, honeysuckle, and orange, these grapes are used to create our delightful moscato wine. This light, fragrant, and sweet white wine is a favorite among both seasoned wine enthusiasts and casual drinkers.

Our hillside is also home to a charming flock of sheep and lambs, adding to the pastoral beauty of our farm.
